The thing with me is, position coaching isn’t coordinating. Defensive and offensive scheming can pass you by. Guys like Chip Kelly and Rich Rodriquez were once the pinnacle of innovations but now the game has evolved to where they’re just one of many.

But coaching DB’s technique and development hasn’t changed, and Raymond hasn’t just forgotten that stuff. He’s just gotten lazy and cared more about titles and pay for a while. If he’s humbled and centered he can get back to coaching and recruiting at an elite level, and I fully trust that’s been discussed and incentivized.

Y’all motherfrickers on this board will take any bullshite narrative and just run with it without actually knowing shite about what goes on behind closed doors. It absolutely blows my mind how y’all sit here and talk about shite that y’all have no clue about.
