Do y'all really think Leslie Miles wants the UH or USF jobs?

Does Miles want these jobs or is he just pretending to try to get a job to remain in compliance with his LSU buyout? Isn't there a clause that he has to "try" to get a job to continue to collect his money from LSU? If he is doing that I'm not judging him. Hell I did the same thing when I was laid off and collecting unemployment benefits. I "tried" to get a job for six months whilst I got stoned and watched the news and sports center all day back in 2011.

So if he does not continue looking, LSU doesnt have to continue to pay his buyout? If he was to get a job, LSU also does not have to continue to pay him? Not sure i understand that. The buyout only continues if he remains unemployed but continues to look for work?

I'm no lawyer obviously but I think LSU would have to pay the difference on his salary. Like say USF paid Miles 1.2 million a year LSU would have to cover the difference on his old LSU salary. I need a smarter person to answer your question properly Joe.

That's it in a nutshell.
I think, not sure, the buyout was prorated over X number of years, totaling approximately $2.5/yr. Anything another school pays, lsu owes the difference up to $2.5M.
But I could be completely wrong because sauces this year have been proven null. Lol

I remember one of the local BR guys saying Miles has to at least look for employment to receive his full buyout.
