But some geniuses who have no personal connection to the football team dont? It doesn't make any sense.

18-25 year olds are always the best decision makers.

Well I honestly expected the current players and assistant coaches to trash their boss.

And these same people carried Miles off the field. Where did that get him?

Come back to reality. The binders got loose leaf paper in it

Those people you mentioned will always make the most emtional and personal choice. But this is a business whether they like it or not. Hell, even if he sucks they will still love him, we just saw that at Texas with strong.

O was not the best business decision.

They always do. They supported Mike Archer, they supported Les Miles, etc.

There is value to that. But even if someone wasn't happy with the hire, they wouldn't publicly bash their boss now would they?

Signing day isn't here yet. We will see.

They supported Miles too.

And they would have supported Herman.

Those people are there everyday. This board is fricking miserable. You think that you bunch are more qualified to make the hire?

They are invested in the man personally. It blinds your vision.

Just like les was blinded by his friendship with Cam. You've got to back up to see the big picture when making these decisions. They are also scared of change, which is human nature. You really can't see this?

And yes, we are just as qualified to decide who is a good coach as some player or recruit. Which is not at all.
