The players and I like what he's brought so far as interim. He'll be a bargain. But he can only lose one more game or it's a no go.

He has yet to coach a game, at LSU (as HC), let's pump the brakes.

We didn't pay our winningest coach in history with a title to his name $10 million dollars to stop coaching so we could go bargain shopping, I'm tired of hearing that be a pitching point for keeping O in charge.
If he runs the table, then he deserves to be considered (not immediately given the job) no doubt. But he hasn't coached a game this season yet. I love coach O too and the energy he's brought to the team and the fans, but can we please pump the brakes on calling for him to be HC right now? Let's just root for him this season and see what happens. What happens on Saturdays is way more important than anything he's done so far this week.

Unless coach O runs the table 8-0 plus a nice bowl win, 9-0 total, he won't be considered for hc. Given his disastrous records at Ole Miss he would be a great long term losing risk.

O needs to win out. That's right 9-0 and i think he gets it by default. Meaning you cannot remove him. Same people that wanted Les out now to get a jump on the "new guy" we're concerned with that. Love O on the staff, just not as the HBC.
