Chances we hire Jimbo, keep Coach O & Aranda?

All 3 --- 0% chance
Hire Jimbo --- I say 30% chance
Keep O --- I say 50% chance
Keep Aranda -- I say 60% chance
Just my opinions -- but I think the chance of all 3 is very, very, low.
Orgeron is likely either HC or gone.
Aranda is 50/50, in my opinion, but If LSU independently makes him feel like he is #1 or #1a priority, chances go up a bit. Still he's a risk, because many coaching changes will occur and he'll get his pick, if he wants to move on.
I'm not in the "we need Jimbo" camp... I don't know that Orgeron (or Herman) is the "answer" but I'm pretty sure overpaying for Jimbo Fisher will not get LSU any closer to beating Alabama in recruiting or on the field... and it could bring more off-the-field issues that we have been largely immune to for 12 years, with only a few exceptions.

I'd say higher than you'd expect.
Aranda isn't going anywhere. If we hire a 2nd tier coach, O is gone. I think he stays if we hire Herman or Jimbo.

People need to grab hold to reality. The players are pulling hard for O, if another coach is hired they aren't going to keep him on staff and have a locker room full of players that want an assistant to be the HC, not want the actual HC.

O - I think it depends on how Alleva has handled their conversations behind closed doors. This includes before he was named interim HC (expectations, promises,etc.), how honest were they during the process, and how Alleva handles naming a new coach.. My gut tells me he understands where LSU stands and will be back on the DL next yr, unless we hire a 2nd tier..

Agreed. O has been lobbying HARD for this job. I cant imagine him working for someone else now.

I am confident that all 3 will happen unless Aranda or O get a HC position elsewhere that they are interested in.

Speaking of the reality you claim others need to grab, this already happened at Ohio State when the DC took over as interim. Meyer came in, kept the DC, and won a title the next year.
