They need a steady, calming force who won't bring any unwanted attention. Lane Kiffin or Steve Sarkisian come to mind.

They'll hire a minority and due to the crap they are in there, he will likely not succeed unless he's just incredibly good. The deck is just stacked against him (whoever he is).

Due to the current situation and the next coach being a minority, they'll likely not want to fire him close to this whole mess so he'll get a minimum of 4 years, but more likely 5. Then when they do let him go it will take the next guy a couple of years to get them going again.

Basically, for the next decade Mizzou = Vandy.

You have to think its going to be a black guy. Any White guy with any type of coaching resume would be crazy to touch this job with a ten foot pole
