Can we keep Aranda by giving him the "Coach in Waiting "Tag

I feel Ok with the Coach O hire but we do whatever to keep Aranda. Does this old term from a few years back come back in play now?

No. the guy wants to go to the NFL. He will be gone within 2 years, and our AD had the foresight to hire a head coach who's success depends entirely on the success of his coordinators.
