Crap, I can’t believe I forgot about Aranda when I made my Bill O’Brien prediction. If he finishes out the season as good as he started, then Aranda would be my call.

Honestly. Makes all the sense in the world if something has already been in the works behind the scenes
Baylor isn’t going to the playoffs but a solid bowl and Herman is at Chicago as an analyst.
I truly feel this combo might already be done and with this combo I think Raymond stays because he worked great with Aranda

Why do people keep saying Aranda needs Herman as OC? He just hired Jeff Grimes as OC and Baylor’s offense has exploded. This is coming off Grimes fantastic run as OC at BYU with Zach Wilson. Unless Grimes gets the BYU HC gig, we’d want Aranda to bring him with.
