Anyone else HAPPY that Miles is staying?

I am. And frankly, I am tired of all the bandwagon jumpers and fair weather fans that have bombarded the site and the program for that matter. I will support LSU no matter who the coach is, and I really like Les Miles, although I was a little skeptical at first. So to all the people that jumped on the bandwagon in 2003 and bought all the bumper stickers, flags, and license plates: feel free to jump off now and let the season tickets go back to LSU so real fans that stood in the student section in the pouring rain watching LSU get pummelled by Florida in the 90's pick them up. That is all.

i am alright with him staying, but i wish he could have decided a couple weeks ago. the distraction was completely unnecessary.
this did give us the coaching changes board, which we all should be thankful for.

Very upset this clown is staying at LSU. Why not end all the speculation weeks ago. This guy doesn't think shite through. He agreed to UM job then got pissed w/ ESPN report etc so apparently changed his mind. I've spoken to two dozen people today that are PISSED that he is not leaving.
Skip is a freaking idiot to pay this guy MORE MONEY despite underachieving this year. How about let the guy win the SEC before we throw more money at him.

Me, too. The disruptions that this caused will be MUCH less than actually having to hire a new coach, etc.
I feel bad about the Pelini thing. If the replacement is Tenuta, great, but we'll have to deal with the same thing next year. He's hot as it is - with a year (or two) with our talent, he'll be smoking. Les can just go out and hire the next best Coordinator available.
