Serious question. Coach O really emphasized Louisiana in recruiting and even said, "Louisiana first". Does that affect the non Louisiana kids? I'm in agreement that we need to recruit our LA kids but was it smart to say something like that publicly?

Coach O is already fricking up recruiting. I don't understand why everyone screamed he was such a great recruiter. His glasses at Ole Miss were poor. Hugh freeze has brought in continuous top 10 classes, although he has been caught with violations, he has still be doing it though.

I'm bothered that if you want a coach, you don't get your feelings hurt and lay down. That's what alleva did. Hiring Orgeron was an egotistical decision on his own behalf so he wouldn't act like Herman was the bigger man. As moscona said, Alleva should have said, "you're our guy. Do you want to use my pen or yours to sign this deal?" Not whatever the hell he was thinking
