So Breaking the bank at all costs for Herman is what we are looking at.

Herman please. He's one of the smartest offensive coaches out there and his team is lighting it up ever since he took over

Actually it was a done deal, I know it's hard for you to fathom but deals fall though at the last minute.

That is messed up. They had him last year and now they could have screwed that up completely. S if Herman says no you are in panic mode already if they don't feel Jimbo will say yes.

Yeah I don't like the fit either.

West Coast guy, at Stanford, his offense is ultra conservative, Les style.

Not sure about that...I could live with it, but I'm not a huge fan.

i like the tide fans that are rational about it, they know a great hire for LSU means alot in the grand scheme of the sec/national implications. a bad hire is what it is and would set us back quite a bit.

so much so that we can't afford to just elevate O for this position. it needs a big, huge name...that carries alot of weight.

i mean heck, look how much pub is on the opening right this very moment.

It seems like he is pretty creative with McCaffery. Far more creative than we ever were with LF.

we can't run in fear of the pro style man

the problem with Les' style was more about completely inept playcalling, shitty game plans, and of course QB development.

A well executed pro style can still work
