He would be a good fit in my opinion.

Better than a few others that have been floated out there.

As long as he comes in the service entrance and doesn't drink from the wrong water fountain.

He's not that good of a coach. I can't understand what people see in this guy.

With this train of thought, why would anyone even mention David Shaw or James Franklin? Charlie Strong is just as legit of a candidate as the other two. You think because both work at Stanford and Vanderbilt that it gives them a pass with the racists?

Nope. Add Tomlin to the list of coaches they won't hire too.

Strong is not leaving Louisville for UT. I think he is holding out for a shot at one of the premier SEC schools in the next couple of years.

If they hire him, Freek has to be allowed to make a gif of the sheriff's entrance in Blazing Saddles.

Already did the blazing saddles GIF for A&M/Sumlin. It was a good laugh.

Every fanbase has jackasses, but there is a reason that we bring it up about tu. The next black men's head coach they hire will be their first, and there WILL be issues among their fanbase and donors about it.

The reason he will not be hired is that he is NOT a top-tier coach. Why is it such an issue?
