What are some realistic scenarios that would bring in a DC and Orgeron?

Haley isn't leaving or he would already be in College Station. We only have 1 spot on the staff to fill, but I keep seeing Coach O all over this place. I wouldn't hate that idea, though I'm not sold on it being so "make-or-break" as some of you. But logistically, how could it work if the DC is anybody but Haley?

What is the deal with the rumor of the NCAA adding a rule that allows an additional coach on the staff in the spring? I've seen it thrown around a couple of times, but nothing concrete.

ETA: if that's true, then my dream scenario is Haley to LBs (he's coached them before), hire Oregon to DL, and get a good DC.

It's been stated many times. Move someone to Admin until extended coaching staff.

I think that rule would go into effect after the big coaches conference

Move a coach to an administrative position like Kragthorpe.

Wait for SEC to increase asst. coach # (voting on this soon)...then move them back.

I've seen previous posts suggesting moving a coach to an admin position

You mean the NCAA... I don't think the SEC decides that.

He's already on admin staff.

NCAA votes, then SEC has to approve.

I know this...which is why I used him as an example.

Sure, and Ive heard Ensminger's name "suggested" on here. But then who coaches tight ends? A guy can't be moved to an admin gig and still be out there coaching exactly like he did when was on staff. There has to be more to it than just semantics.

You will not see Ed O here as long as Les Miles is at LSU

Right, Les hates him so much that he hired his stepson.

Ah, OK.

Just doesn't make any sense why no one has hired Orgeron yet?

Fastest and surest way is to see if we can get CP back to the table- they were both in hand and ready to go -Master mind Lester took a pass- I guess he though he could do better

OL and WR. Our TE are so fricking prevalent in the passing game. Like Owen Daniels.

Just move Ensminger to Admin, bring in Labeau an BeBe.

GOOD MOVE.
