Do you think he stays at Bama for a couple of more years or more?

Definitely. He's being groomed by Saban to take over

he can get a HC job any time in a DII level program,, Memphis, Louisville or Baylor or WVU, but if he want's a Power 4 job, it will be a couple of years.

Who knows, but he is one hell of an OC. He's got a great job in a great program working under the best coach. Seems like he'd be content for a while. No one knows how much longer Saban will coach (3 years, 5 years?), but maybe he'd be considered the heir.

A lot of big time coaching is about who you know and Kiffin knows and has worked for the best in Saban and Carroll. I bet he's a HC in a Power 5 conference after next season. His time at Tennessee was just one season and his tenures with the Raiders and USC have asterisks next to them due to Al Davis and USC's probation.

He moved to OC under Pete at USC too soon and then jumped light years to HC at Oakland. No one faults him for Al firing him, Al was crazy as bat shite. He got valuable experience none the less. UT was not long enough to matter. USC was on probation and jumped the gun firing him. He now has learned under Saban. Here is a young coach who has NFL, SEC, Pac 12 head coachin experience and been an OC under Saban, naw nobody would want that kind of pedigree.

He became a head coach too soon. He's now learning from the best in the business and in time will be a hot HC prospect.

He also seems to have something VERY important for someone to have once been at the top but has fallen from their perch.....humility and the ability to admit mistakes. That'll carry him a long way.

I think he'll be at Alabama one more year, and if it's as good for him as this one was, that'll be it. Of course at this rate, he might end up at Michigan in February after 30 others have turned them down

If it weren't for some absurdly bad calls and extremely clutch scrambles by Sims he would have his head on a stake by now.

He's very very good at getting Cooper the ball. I think Cooper makes that easy though.
