The head coaching job I want to take a serious look is: Pathers and Facons if the positions open up after the season.

These two teams are underachievers. The roster is very good, as good as the 49ers when he got there. The division is relatively easy to win.

Jim Harbaugh is not a good personnel guy. He made a few personnel decisions in 49ers. None pan out. He needs a good GM to help him.

The Jets and Raiders are not good job.

The roster is thin. The AFC east/west divisions not easy.

Raiders will carry two head coaches' salary and two GMs' salary if JH is hired. Raiders need to concentrate building the roster. But the owner is so impatient. Keep changing GM and coach not helping.

Jets does not pay the coaches. The division is super tough.

These teams need 3 years to get back to .500. If JH takes the Raiders and Jets head coach position, my guess is he will be fired in three years. His stock will drop considerably in the next round.

Of course, all of this is remote because he will be Michigan's coach.

Steve Young was on PTI.

Steve Young said he was confident that Harbaugh would take the Raiders job. Young brought up the points of Harbaugh's family wanting to stay in the Bay Area, Harbaugh having worked for the Raiders, having liked Al Davis and getting a huge amount of power within the Raider franchise if he accepts the job.

Why does this matter? It's not 'common knowledge,' but Steve Young was part of an investor group that purchased a 10%-20% financial stake in the Raiders a few years ago.

If he's still around, I wouldn't be surprised to see Arthur make a run at him. He wants a flashy HC. Before he settled on Smitty, he thought he had Parcells lined up.

Is Young still part of this group? If He is that's awfully close to tampering.

But, then again, that just may be inside baseball and the deal between SF & Oak is already done.

Harbaugh clearly wants to stay west coast if possible. Oakland is close to home for him

If I am him, I am making a push to coach the NY Giants next season. The roster is deep and Coughlin's time is up. Harbaugh could get close to 10M a year in New York if he played his cards right.

This is the best job to get the Super Bowl ring within the next five years, IMO. He damn sure won't get one in Ann Arbor.

Yeah. Giants should be scary good if JH goes there. But heard Coughlin will return.

The Michigan offer has put a floor for the coach salary. 8M used to be reserved for Superbowl winners.

Before this season, 49ers should be able to lock JH around 6.5-7M.

Thank you. You are so nice.

No worries, brother. I know my English sucks. It is a fact. I do not get mad when people talk about fact.

I am in high tech industry. Fortunately the English language skill requirements not as high as other businesses. We hired a bunch of technical writers to polish the junks we produce. Their English skill is much better than us.

Oakland is likely. Bay Area, will get full control, and can build a team with tempered expectations
