Full non compete within the sec. Only allowed to accept head coach positions. Bret himself admitted in his presser, hey I mean we've won 2 sec games let's not get to crazy.

Nah, we can pay that much and keep great coaches who want to be here. Unlike others who pay out the arse in hopes their coach stays loyal and produces the way Smith has.

Well some schools are nice to coach at and provide a stable job, some you have to beg and overpay becauae of the risk factor.
