I think that UT will hire one of those 3 but I would swap Briles and Franklin.

I think they should really consider David Shaw 10/1

funny that neither Saban, Malzhan, nor Miles are on that list

even if Bovada doesn't think that either of them are really in contention, you'd think that they'd want the money from suckers

or Bovada knows the deal with one of them is done so they're just taking people's money now?

eta: seriously, the fact that you can't bet the field vs. this list is kinda silly.

Charlie Strong simply would not last in that media environment. He would be put in a pressure cooker, and he simply doesn't have the presence to deal with the constant grilling.

Plus his standards for players is far too low:

That can't be real!

Tell me that's photoshopped or something.

Bovada recently got caught up with some legal issues I believe.

Last year, before the Iron Bowl they had a prop bet.

Will Gene Chizik coach the Auburn Tigers in 2013?
Yes -225
No +150

I tried to throw 500 on "no", but they only let you bet $50.

Easiest money I've made. I posted about it on my betting twitter and within an hour, Bovada took down the prop bet.

Nope. And it's exactly for the reason most of you are thinking of.

I believe he only has 6-7 months left on that. He could do without recruiting very much this year.

Even then, with the Longhorn Network and ESPN being tight, I'm sure they could get that reduced when ESPN is vouching for him.

I don't care what color he is. I just don't think he is a good enough coach for the Texas job. Where he is now is about where his talent level is.
