Picked this up while taking my kids to the library today. The allusion to Prometheus attracted me, as I've always found it a fascinating metaphor. Then I actually figured out that it was about "hacking" flow states and creativity through meditation, group experiences and psychedelics and I realized that another serendipitous moment had happened. Completely in my wheelhouse and sort of represents the point I am in life where I'm circling back around f to realizing the value in a lot of my youthful hedonism and experimentation.

I'm fascinated by this emerging area of research and can't wait to read further into this book.
