That’s not James Bond. Ian Fleming wrote James Bond and has been dead for nearly 60 years. Bond smokes heaters, drinks martinis, fricks dimes and slaps around commies in 6 figure cars.

Well ... they finally killed Bond it would seem. It's been coming for awhile. Albert Broccoli's ghey woke stepson from his 3rd wife, (Michael Wilson), is the killer.

This is the same playbook with comics: They alter the comics (which sell essentially no copies outside the author/artist family members these days) to justify the changes in upcoming media products.
E.g., "Akchually, Superperson is a queer, trans, Muslim refugee from Somalia in the last comic, and not actually a cis white man from Krypton, which is just a made up place, you silly bigoted everythingist."

or they'll reference one single block of comic illustration from 1983 or whenever where Superman and some other male superhero are sharing a handshake or something that say "THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HOMOEROTIC UNDERTONES YOU JUST DONT UNDERSTAND THESE CHARACTERS"

They killed Bond when they pulled him out of his WW2/Cold War time frame. The Craig movies were okay movies but that character isn't Bond.
