Book set in BR

Mid 2000s there was a book about a Recon Marine and it was set in BR. He was taken down a terror ring financed by a local Greek and Lebanese restaurant. They advertised on Tigerdroppings. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of the book. I read let a friend borrow it and it is gone. I would like a revisit if anyone can remember the name.

I have a signed copy of it on my book shelf and for the life of me I have no idea how it got there. I've never purchased the book.
