That was a middle finger to the ownership of the raiders.. he didnt want jamarcus Russell they forced it on him had limited control over his team. So he said here watch this. The way the raiders screwed lane kiffin was embarrassing theres an nfl tv video on it.

I think it shows he's gotten over it, feels good in his own skin, enjoys being a HC again, winning. I know as a Bama fan we really enjoyed having him as OC for a few years despite missing the last bowl game. And he always has a good sense of humor.
