Baltimore Ravens veteran wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. announced Monday that he will retire after the 2015 season. Per ESPN:
quote:

"I feel like it's time," said Smith, who used the phrase three times during his announcement after Monday's training camp practice. "I'm going to retire after this, go home and be a dad and look back and enjoy things."

Smith has recorded 915 receptions for 13,262 yards and 73 touchdowns over his 14 year career.

Steve Smith! Always loved his passion for the game, just straight raw. Saw him talking to the team at his old high school in a video today, a real great dude that some people just don't get.
