Exactly. Any other Coach would have run that prick off. When you disparage a Head Coach, an example has to be set.

Can't believe I'm going to defend Meyer....NFL players might be the most coddled bunch in sports after the NBA guys. The paydays and player's unions make them soft.

What are you defending here exactly? You think Wingard saying he is a rookie coach (when he was a rookie coach) was wrong? You think Meyer being an egomaniac and trying to force someone to apologize because his ego was hurt by an innocent statement was justified?
