According to her website, Smiley is a full-time photo editor for the NFL, in addition to working LA Kings games and doing freelance work. A GoFundMe was quickly set up to cover her "growing medical expenses" and buy new camera gear...

How can you not care about another human who had an accident right in front of you. What the f is wrong with him? At least his wife has her head screwed on straight.

Quote from Stafford: "If she dies, she dies."

He could have probably played it off as though he was asking for help when he turned away but he started pounding that water (maybe something else) bottle the second he turned around.

The winning QB in the Super Bowl. Endorsements coming your way. Maybe Im just old school and out of times, but this isn't going to look good.

Anyone who thinks it’s ok how Stafford reacted probably wears skinny jeans. frick the man up and jump down there and help the lady. We’ve raised a generation of pussies.

I don't expect him to superman off the stage and rush her away... the guy was probably super hungover and has 0 medical training so he would honestly just get in the way (never move someone with a potential back injury), but saying "oh shite" and just walking off ain't great either. Calling attention to it so she gets appropriate help would be the move IMO.

Wow Stafford just turned and walked off. That is a really strange reaction in my book. Didn’t even ask her if she was ok. Just turned away? He clearly knew she took a real spill because u can see him react verbally to his wife.

Not a good look for Stafford, who I like btw. He literally does an about-face while his wife was the only one worried about the lady who fell. It looked kinda fricked up that he did that but there wasn't more video so it's hard to be judgemental.

and yet here you are.. Dude just won a Superbowl. It's okay to be a little selfish. The lady was tended to.

So you're an a-hole, to be sure. She broke her back, guy. It's called common courtesy. A simple "you okay?" would have been acceptable.

Just for future reference, what can those of us who likely won't be winning superbowls need to do so we can ignore people who are injured right in front of us? If I see somebody get hit by a car, I would like to be able to say something like "Wow that looks like it hurts. So look man... I recycled all of my aluminum cans this past week so I get a free pass to just head home now. That guy over there saw it and he will probably call an ambulance so... later !"
