He hasn't performed up to the level that the team needed and he was replaced. Some of these athletes think they're untouchable so he got what he deserved.

Is this SP’s fault now that he has had an opportunity you to coach Russell and couldn’t turn things around? SP before the season. “A lot of people had dirt on their hands. It wasn’t just Russell. He didn’t just flip. He still has it. This B.S. that he hit a wall?” He was quick to judge the former coaching staff and now realizes just how bad Russ is playing.
