It's been known and documented that ESPN's Chris Berman has a short fuse. On ESPN's "Sunday NFL Countdown" pregame show, Berman almost lost it again after audio cut out during a field report from reporter Jeff Darlington...

I've heard him drop some serious F bombs... dude has a temper...it's ok to demand excellence but I'm surprised he hasn't slipped live on camera...because he talks one way on camera and another off camera..

Way I see it Berman just wanted them to be professionals get off the poor kid if they couldn't get the sound right. Is he being a jerk for wanting the show look good and not emberess a young reporter?
