On Monday, sophomore LSU wide receiver Travin Dural was asked about Malachi Dupre's performance against Mississippi State and here is some of what he had to say:
quote:

"I saw some great things from him," Dural said. "I preached to him all game, 'I'm going to need you to make plays' and he stepped up and he made a lot of plays. And I commend him for that because it's not easy coming into your first SEC game and making the plays he did."

Dupre had 4 receptions for 120 yards and 2 touchdown against Mississippi State. He has 3 total touchdowns on the season.

Remeber when some people thought Dupre should redshirt in the threads before Wisky game? He was hurt and couldnt play that game. So of course some people said he was too thin to play, questioned his toughness, said he wouldnt contribute this year anyways and all that. Idiots.

And DAT, I completely agree with that. As long as Harris is at QB.

4 WR sets

Dural and Dupre on outside with Quinn and Diarse in the slot. We throw it 30 times a game.
