ESPN: The SEC's 25 Best Players: No. 19 Jarvis Landry

ESPN has ranked LSU wide receiver Jarvis Landry as the 19th best player in the SEC in 2013. The ranking is based solely on performance during the 2013 season, and is based on how players performed in key games and clutch situations. Landry is the first LSU player to be ranked in the top 25, with a new player from the SEC being selected each day.

Here is what ESPN had to say about Landry:
quote:

One of the most clutch receivers in the league -- check out that acrobatic one-handed grab he made during LSU's comeback against Arkansas -- Jarvis Landry teamed with Odell Beckham to form one of the nation's most dangerous 1-2 receiving punches.

2013 summary: When Zach Mettenberger desperately needed to complete a pass, he looked Landry's way more than anywhere else. And more often than not, Landry rewarded Mettenberger for his confidence. The junior finished with 77 catches for 1,193 yards and 10 touchdowns -- all totals that rank among the top five single-season showings in LSU history -- and entered the NFL draft after the season.

Best catch I have ever seen vs Arky this year. Happened right in front of where I was sitting and I could not believe he came out with that ball!
