I remember Reggie Bush saying he was still unsure about having to play in New Orleans and when Payton brought him to Emeril's on his first night here, he said when he went inside that the people inside went berserk when they saw him. He said the whole place stood up and was cheering and screaming. He thought Payton had set it up and Payton told they weren't that organized to set up something like that. He said he knew then for sure that he was in the right place.
