Michigan President Mary Sue Coleman may have started celebrating a little early Saturday. At halftime of the Michigan-Nebraska football game, Coleman was honored for her work before she retires during the Summer of 2014. After accepting her honor she grabbed the mic and gave a somewhat slurry speech. From

Coleman was presented with a #12 jersey for her 12 years of work. Coleman took the microphone from Athletic Director Dave Brandon and gave an impromptu speech, where she appeared to be drunk. I was at the game and the first thing I thought was “holy crap, she is hammered.”

i am sure no one would belive this but when you speak to a huge crowd like this they tell you to speak slow and clear....she may also have been listening to her voice on the echo bounceback. This will screw with your head too.
