ESPN is reporting that UCF QB Blake Bortles will forego his last year of eligibility and enter the 2014 NFL Draft. The redshirt junior is expected to make his announcement on Monday.

Bortles is rated as the second quarterback (behind Louisville's Teddy Bridgewater) and 15th overall prospect according to Scout Inc.
