Mississippi State Plane Made An Emergency Landing
Spruce Derden-USA TODAY Sports
On their way back home to Starkville after beating Missouri on the road Saturday, Mississippi State's plane had to make an emergency landing 20 minutes after takeoff due to engine failure. Per sports information director Gregg Ellis...
quote:

Ellis said one of the two engines lost power after takeoff. The plane veered to the left and then went dark for a moment before settling. Ellis said the pilot reassured the passengers they could land safely with one engine.

Ellis said there were no problems after the initial loss of power, and the landing was smooth. He said everyone aboard was shaken up a bit.

TigerNSac, when your car breaks down are YOU at fault for not inspecting it prior to driving? Of course not. Sh*t happens. Things break.

Who in the hell inspected the plane before take off? That person or the responsible parties need to be fired immediately. Sometimes people take routine procedures for granted before take off. Nobody family has time to hear ... I am sorry!

Now everyone will be reactive, than proactive regarding this failure. Luckily no one lost their lives over this matter.
