Josh Smith Reaches Deal With LA Clippers

The Los Angeles Clippers and veteran shooting forward Josh Smith have agreed to a one-year deal according to ESPN:
quote:Smith averaged 12.4 points, 3.3 assists, and 6.4 rebounds per game last season.
ESPN's Chris Broussard reports it is a one-year deal. A source told Broussard that Smith "chose winning and a defined role over money."
Smith played 55 games for the Houston Rockets last season after he was waived by the Detroit Pistons in December.
