Steve Dykes-USA TODAY Sports
Ken Griffey Jr. has issued an apology to ESPN's Linda Cohn after an extremely awkward interview with her on SportsCenter Wednesday. Griffey said...
quote:

I want to apologize to Linda for the way things went today. I was in the middle of a cough attack and felt a little ill and didn’t want to walk off the set. Linda has always been professional to me and my family . I’m sorry, Junior @espn @sportcenter @lindacohn
Then Cohn responded on Twitter...
quote:

Linda Cohn
@lindacohn

Wow, he didn't cough 1 time during the interview, that's amazing for being in the middle of a coughing fit

Linda Cohn is just as annoying as she is ugly.

I believe Griffey. He looked more afraid to speak than disinterested. He seemed distracted. Probably felt nauseous or was afraid to have a coughing fit or something.
