When crossing up your catcher goes really wrong. It's difficult to catch a 97 mph tailing fastball when you are expecting an 85mph slider that's should break sharply in the opposite direction.

Looks like he got crossed up thinking breaking ball to the outside. Pitcher threw a tailing inside fastball instead. Was strange to see him jerk his head away though.
