ESPN released updated SEC Bowl predictions after the completion of week 7 and has LSU playing Music City Bowl in Nashville, TN on December 30th at 2:38pm CT.

I would rather not attend a game in Nashville in late December if I didn't have to. Nashville and Anchorage often have identical temps in late December.
