CoachingSearch.com is reporting that Sean Patterson has accepted an Offensive Quality Control coaching position at LSU and will be leaving the University of Arizona.
quote:

LSU: Per source, Arizona offensive grad assistant Sean Patterson has accepted an offensive quality control at LSU. Patterson joined Rich Rod's staff at Arizona during the spring after a playing career at Duquesne University and in Europe. Patterson, per source, has a younger brother who is a highly-touted high school prospect.
Patterson's younger brother is Shea Patterson who is a five-star pro style quarterback from Shreveport, LA (Calvary Baptist Academy). He is rated as the 3rd best quarterback in the nation and the 2nd best overall player in the state of Louisiana for the class of 2016.

Patterson verbally committed to the University of Arizona back in December of 2012, but LSU offered the QB a scholarship last weekend. He hold offers from over 30 schools including Alabama, Auburn, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Michigan, and Texas as well as others.

Anthony Jennings, Brandon Harris, Flippe Franks, Shea Patterson......... Damn that's a depth chart upgrade from, Jordan Jefferson and Jerred Lee. Cameron will prove to be sabans worst nightmare real soon!! Once you have a great QB and LSU to recruit around him those Defensive players will start to come knocking mainly Dline recruits, the secondary is recruiting itself. Love it, we gonna be a force for the long haul. No decline here lol but the SEC and nation sure wished.

I like this as both an LSU fan and ASU alumnus.

lulz when Shea goes somewhere else and suddenly Sean's job gets "eliminated"

Resorting to bama's level? The level that makes them a title contender every season? I like LSU being on that level. Nothing wrong with this hire.

Welcome Sean and Shea.

Why on earth didn't we hire one of Rob Bolden's family members, he'd still be here.

If it's legal, and that's how the game is played, so be it.

Don't like this at all. We are resorting to Bama's level. (Hiring a prospective players girlfriend . Was that Landon Collins?)
