LSU defensive lineman Bryce Langston plans to enter the NCAA transfer portal, he announced on Sunday.

Langston, a sophomore from Ocala, Fla., has played in four games in three years at LSU.

The transfer portal officially opens up on Monday, Dec. 4.

It’s got to be a hard decision. With the “difficult” state of LSU’s defense this year, if you weren’t able to get significant playing time, it is probably the right decision to seek better options elsewhere. Good luck to this guy. I’m certain that there are many programs where he can benefit from a fresh start.

This is a good decision for him. He has talent, but he has not been able to surpass the other talent on the roster. I was surprised that he did not transfer a year ago. Wish this man the best.
