Speaking with the media on Tuesday, LSU junior cornerback Tre'Davious White said that he has been trying new things in the off-season to improve his play on the field.

One of the those things is yoga, which is helping his flexibility.

"I want to work on my hips and my flexibility," White said. "It's tough... I actually went last night to hot yoga. It was 91 degrees. Its very tough, and mental too."

White went on to say that most LSU defensive backs are doing yoga as well... "It's a defensive-back thing."

When asked what the goals for the defense were looking ahead to next season, White made it clear that everyone wants to get to the SEC Championship game.

"We want to be in Atlanta," White said. "From the first meeting we had, coach [Kevin] Steele emphasized that he wanted to be in Atlanta on Dec. 5th."

The ENTIRE team should be doing Yoga. It would help tremendously with muscle FLEXIBILITY. There wouldn't be as many nagging muscle pulls and minor injuries.......
