Robinson has the potential to be All-Pro some day, but can't muster the determination and character to attend class and make a 2.0GPA. I'm not sure what that says about him, but whatever it is, it's not flattering. Next up...

I think people underestimate how easy a 2.0 gap is to obtain... It's ridiculous that they can't get their shite together to do an average amount of work to stay eligible.

Even Honey Badger managed to get a 2.0 high everyday. Let that sink in.

Hopefully he'll go the JUCO route and then rejoin the team when he gets those grades back up. I'm rooting for you. I understand that school just comes harder for some.

Let me put it to you tnis way guys. The guy is still all LSU and doesn't plan on transferring to another school and wants to go to CC till e can straighten out to RE ENROLL at LSU to play for us again one. I hope to see you again in purple and gold Rashard.

The people who sit here and knock these players who put it all on the line for the purple and gold are the truly sorry! The same people who knock these players more than likely don't have degrees themselves, never played football on that level or both. Yeah some players struggle more than others and may need more help than other player but to knock them for their situations is totally sorry. People don't know what these guys go through on a daily basis so don't judge. Thanks.

Oh please Jay. Like these guys are selflessly breaking rocks for a warm bowl of porridge before bed. They have every advantage known to man, the least of these being that they have a world-class academic center at their disposal and tutors on demand. When I was an undergrad at LSU they laughed me out of the building when I requested a math tutor and I lived on ramen noodles and tuna fish. And I knew a lot who struggled more than me. These kids had every opportunity to succeed, it's all mapped out for them, they have every advantage that a typical student never gets, and they squandered the opportunity. That doesn't make them bad people, but it definitely reflects on their character and determination. The last thing either of these guys needs is people making excuses for their failures. That is how a Meritocracy works, you EARN success and move up, or you FAIL, and some hungrier guy takes your slot. Better they learn that now while they still have time to correct it. Oh please Lsupimp.... When I was an undergrad at Northwestern State it was hard enough to maintain a good grade point average without playing ball. FWIW I'm not trying to make excuses for anyone but at the same time some students can not handle the workload of being a student athlete. My brother-in-Christ just graduated from LSU and was an all-American DT. I spent a lot of time talking with him throughout his time at LSU so I know what the demands are for someone playing ball on that level. Yeah, football players may have access to tutors and the cox center but it's not the only thing these guys deal with. Some make it and some don't but either way it doesn't give NO ONE the right to say the things that are being said about these guys unless you have been in the POSITION YOURSELF. Thanks. Well, how about if you have severe learning disabilities that have never been addressed? Not saying that this is the case, but how do you teach a college kid study skills when he has below average reading comprehension?
