Former LSU running back Armoni Goodwin announced Monday night that he will transfer to UAB.

Goodwin, a junior from Birmingham, Ala., did not play this past season after coming off a knee injury that ended his sophomore year early.

During his sophomore campaign in 2022, Goodwin had 45 carries for 267 yards, averaging 5.9 yards a carry, and scored five touchdowns.

He’s gonna kill it over there if he stays healthy. Dude was a starter here and would’ve in rotation without his injuries

Wish he would have went to Southern Mississippi. Good luck to him. Watched him in high school and was very good. Too bad about the injuries
