On Wednesday, LSU defensive line coach John Jancek visited with four-star defensive line commit CJ Jackson.

Jackson, a 6-4 220-pound edge rusher from Tucker, Ga., committed to LSU in October after backing off his Georgia Tech verbal pledge.

Jancek was hired by Brian Kelly last offseason to coach special teams and outside linebackers but moved into the defensive line coach role after Jimmy Lindsey had to step away from the program due to a personal health matter.
