LSU junior first baseman Chris Chinea was named Co-Player of the Week on Sunday. Here are some of his stats from the week, per SECSports.com:

• Chinea was 4-for-5 in Game 1 win one homer, one double and three RBI, and he launched a two-run homer in Game 3 that gave the Tigers a second-inning lead they would not relinquish en route to the SEC title.
• For the entire four-game week, Chinea hit .412 (7-for-17) with two doubles, two homers, seven RBI and four runs scored.
• Chinea is LSU's leading hitter this season, batting .374 with 15 doubles, 11 homers and 53 RBI.

Ole Miss' Sikes Orvis was the other co-player of the week.
