re: Where to stay in Boston.

We stayed near Mason st. By the Boston Common and it was ok. Theater district. it was ok, but quite a few homeless people on the street around there walking back later in the evening. I’d probably stay in a different area next time.
Great work! Thanks for sharing!
Please post what you decide to do and how you like it.
No. Just make state jury duty similar to federal jury duty. Almost nobody gets off.
Just get term for your dependents and forget it.
Yes. Spouse and kids. Work and term policies near $2 million.
Mountain stream, nice ocean waves on shore. Wind through the pines. Campfire.
I’d do what others have suggested and have done it on similar pieces. 3 drill holes in each side to fit grooved wooden dowels and some good wood glue. Should be fine.

The Landing on the South Shore is on the state line and near the golf course. Walkable to Heavenly the resort with all the shops there. Went an e-bike and ride the South shore around to all the beaches and locations.

It’s been a “country club” that you could play even if not a member for many years. I think they may have some priority but it’s not like there is ever a wait or problem getting on. Great small course.
Where will the cards be found and who gets them? Will they be at the meeting?

Minden has Pine Hills. 9 hole x2. Lots of topography and a fun course to play. Easy to walk on unless there is a tournament.

But how many 3 Jacks will that type player have , even when hitting the green? 2 putts aren’t guaranteed, and neither is hitting the green. You need solid up and down game no matter the skill level. Can’t hurt to improve and it’s usually the easiest to get much better with practice.

Putting and chipping. Be able to get up and down from most misses around the green.
Strategy decisions. (Mainly to avoid big numbers or even a double bogey)

Read up on houses that have too big a unit and it eventually causing mold due to high humidity.
Saw it this weekend. Outstanding story, cast and direction. I’d give it a solid 8/10 at least. Theater was still packed with all types of folks seeing it. Must be getting great word of mouth.

I use True Fuel in all but 1 Stihl chainsaw and outdoor gas engine. Works great in all. .
UPDATE: Ate there yesterday and it was good. Great atmosphere and interior. Everything I saw coming out looked great. Friendly staff. Food took a little bit to come out but that should improve with time obviously. Full house at the time also. Give it a try and enjoy!
