Saw multiple stories earlier stating this deal that is being touted doesn't include anything nuclear and those discussions come at a later time. If true, basically at the same stage that we were 6 weeks ago :snoozer:

Yup and its on video her saying that she needs the data to pay out the consignment, to which the dude acknowledges.
Funny the CEO's story changes so much. I remember seeing him say they had no clue about the consignment and that was against policy, only to admit he was aware. Same with the closing of the video, claims he doesn't have spreadsheet of the supposed inventory only to be shows that there is one that his team has earmarked.
No matter what, BAM is doing more harm to their brand than all this is worth and should just fall on the sword, come up with a reasonable number to pay the dude and put it behind them

I had heard it somewhere early on in the story, but it didn't come up in the interviews and its neither here nor there regarding the legos, but could go to how BAM corporate operates...
I had read something that when the Gormons took over the store, the billing for rent and other things wasn't properly transferred, which is why they got behind on payments and why BAM forced them out :dunno:
However, seeing how they handled their accounting, they prob just couldn't manage shite on their own and didn't pay.

Agree, and from the size of that Uhaul in the pic outside the store, even if stacked to the top with legos, a handful of people could unload that inside of an hour.
Again, maybe they didnt, but the coverup is the problem. The BAM guys said numerous times that there was no Uhaul that night, but once shown the pic, the story changed.

The Uhaul excuse made 0 sense and yes, the employee said they unloaded legos for maybe 4hrs that night, but he could be embellishing. The hard facts still show around 3hrs between the last photo in the store and the drop off of the Uhaul that night. They said a 1hr drive between the stores, so that still means 1.5hrs of unloading could have happened.
And if not, why did it take him that long to leave the store and drop off the Uhaul? What did he do for that extra hour to two hours.
