NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - St. Tammany Sheriff Randy Smith has turned himself in after he was accused of assaulting a man at a restaurant.
According to the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Smith surrendered to authorities on June 4.
Edit for additional info: Smith was booked on one count of second degree battery and two counts of disturbing the peace.
