Swamp Chicken is in unincorporated St Amant. Gonzales had nothing to do with it. If this is happening, it seems he is on the wrong side of someone. He pretty much inherited his position from his Dad and both have had a long time to make enemies.

With streaming, music residuals have basically cratered. If these groups don't own their masters, they Touring is really the only way to make money. It also only works for the older groups. Their fans are less likely to stream . So an older band can be very profitable and if you look at the top touring acts, they are almost all older groups. With replacements for original members, some of the band's musicianship has gotten better, but they aren't the same. Many original group members couldn't play a lick and the replacements are better. Journey has had several lineup changes, but even Steve Perry can't sing anymore. The hired guns they are using as well as the current singer probably put on an overall better show, but it is essentially a tribute band.

Overall, I think this version of Survivor has run its course. The Producers have moved more towards gimmicks and plot twists than an actual game.
It definitely needs some soul searching.
Please stop bringing back past players, but they won't. It's how they generate buzz and ratings.
Too many idols and stupid twists. How about more rewards and more physical challenges.
Too much Jeff and his Botox face. it didn't even move last night.
I never liked the final questions, but it has gotten to be a real "shite show" now. They also need to go back to two possible winners. They have basically given up on the idea that these people are "surviving". Hell, the only one who lost weight this season was Rizo and only because he just got back from the last season. Every time they showed Jonathan he was eating some rice in the last two episodes. That is ridiculous.
I also think that the producers see the social part as what sells, the challenges will be marginalized more and more. It will eventually get to a bunch of people sitting around, kind of like Big Brother.

Jonathan should have won, but you have to give it to Aubrey. She was on the bottom the whole game and everytime her alliances made a move it fell apart.
Jonathan almost got zero votes during the game, and he doesn't win. I really think no one respected he and Joe's game. I think he fell back to Cirie to often and let her change his move. Then he let Rizzo take credit for getting her out.
Overall, not a great season.

Too much set up. He does this is short bursts in his other movies. This one seemed to be 3/4's of the movie. It could have used a better script. Less focus on the girl, more on backstory. This was all about the process. Not enough about how they got there. Story was pretty ridiculous, so I can see what he was doing.

I am starting to think it will be Tiff and Aubrey in the final, from the beginning episodes, neither of them got decent edits. I don't think Tiff said anything for the first 3 and was barely shown. I', not an Aubrey fan, but they keep showing her and she has been on the bottom the entire game but at least has tried to do different things with different people. I think the stubbornness of certain players has always sort of thwarted her plans has kept in in that position. No one fears a Joe vote, no one fears a Tiffany vote, she just keeps winning immunity. Jonathan is all over the place with his alliances and it is surprising no one has said; " hey let's vote Jonathan out."
You would almost hope that the producers look at the final people and say we need to shake this up. Maybe since Tiff looks like the favorite, they decide to leave it alone.

I gave you the Indiana project. If you really did rate sheets as you say, you would know that every site has a different scale.
Also, no it isn't always that good, but as I said most guys chasing out of town projects understand the logistics of it as well as the pros and cons. There are several projects slated for the next few years and it is making skilled labor very scarce and valuable.
A project this size will have trouble staffing it, so a large portion of the guys will be at the higher end of their craft. You saying you work in these facilities does not reflect your posts, because you do not understand the industrial contracting world.
Again, if you really work in a refinery good for you. You should then know that even across the same Company, each site pays different Contractor rates. Also, there is a difference between prevailing wages that are tied to Union wage scales. So yeah, people could be making $150 an hour. Also, this is a different animal with it being pharma and they have an expedited timeline to bring this facility online.
I also think it is your opinion of the quality of life. Many plant workers work shift work, sounds terrible until you figure it comes out to working little over half the year. One person's shitty job may be another person's opportunity to better themselves.
I mean if that was the case, people wouldn't be in the military, people wouldn't work construction, people wouldn't be fishermen, people wouldn't be fighters, etc. Your perception is not someone else's reality.
You should acknowledge that being a tradesman is a better existence than someone with a college degree who can't pay their student loans and pays more for every facet of life because their credit is shite.

Just a few points on this:
1. Most guys chasing out of state dollars are set up to chase out of state dollars. Camper, traveling buddies, etc. Work for the same contractors and build a reputation.
2. I gave you a range for the Direct Hires, Supervision makes way more than directs, not to mention truck allowances, phones, gas cards, etc.
3. You cannot build a facility with just helpers, so no; the majority of people on the job aren't making $30 which would be a person green off the street with no skill set. Say a firewatcher or a flagman. A skilled Mechanic would be at $150.
4. Foremen make a few dollars more than mechanics, so they are above the top of the scale.
5. I told you they updated the prevailing wages. You can try to go out there with low wage people, but they will quickly leave. I have seen whole jobsites shut down because a contractor on the same project is paying a $1 more an hour.
6. Also, most of the guys chasing out of town money don't work a full year. They work nine months and then come home when it gets really cold and go hunting or vacations, fishing, whatever.
7. There are a ton of people that have been doing that for thirty years, but usually if you get to that stage, you have moved to Supervision or another job where you aren't travelling. However, even mtce workers who stay at the same facility forever, still have to go outside and do some work. Plant Operators the same.
You are literally making all these assumptions, but most of those travelling guys work 9 months out the year and have a paid for new truck, boat, golf cart, side by side, etc. You can't compare what industrial workers make to the local guy who does residential electrical work or carpentry makes. Same as offshore workers, and so on and so on.
The schedule of 6-10's or 7-12's is pretty standard for large industrial projects. Most of these guys won't even go on a job if it doesn't have OT. So that guy is making 10 hours of time and a half every week at minimum. Even the guys staying home are getting that.

At this point, the only way anyone beside Tiffany and Aubrey can win is if they go to an all Guys final. No one is giving it to Joe, no one is handing it to Rizzo, so Jonathan would be the winner. However, Cirie was right, Jonathan has been manipulated all game based on his edit, so he has made moves that would have made his path harder than it should have been.
I am glad they finally took Cirie out, but damn she almost screwed up each of the tribals on this episode. It must have been her edit, because when someone says: "We have to run it by Cirie", how can you not know she is running the game? Also, Rizzo not playing his idol tells you that he thinks he is calling the shots. They should have taken him out as well. Devens was an easy vote, but I don't know if anyone could have beaten him if he made it to the final three. He played a hell of a game, very lucky.
Also, I am not clear on the "shot-in-the-dark", does they give out a 50/50 split of safe and un-safe to all the players at the beginning? I sure seems like through the times is has been in the game, it isn't a 50/50 chance of being safe.

A real project is the Eli Lilly Lebanon Indiana Plant Expansion. They just updated the prevailing wages of the Union Workers for the project. It also raised the wages for all non-Union workers. As of now, it is based on a 6-10 schedule, but it will be 7-12's pretty quickly. The GPC is extremely behind on engineering and execution. Go ahead and Google it. There are companies working out there now and several set to mobilize this summer.
If you get hired on, you stand to make a range from $30 to $150 per hour based on experience and up to $200 per day per diem. It depends on what the company who hired you has negotiated, but most guys get out there and jump ship to the highest paying contractors as soon as they can.
This is an expansion of their GLP-1 products, so it is clearly a job for tradesmen to help take care of office workers and fat people. It is a several billion-dollar expansion of their facilities all inside buildings and highly specialized.

Wife has a co-worker looking for a car. They are having a conversation about what cars she was interested in. Early 70's co-worker comes up and says why don't you get a Subaru, XXXX has one and XXXX has one. They look like good cars. They both told him it was a Lesbian brand. He said but the other two co-workers have them, then he said;"OOhh" no wonder they are always eating together.

Tom Brady now owns part of it and they started sponsoring the NFL combine. They hadn't really had much innovation until the new Golf shoes this year. They are starting to phase out all the crazy colors and designs which for some reason were mostly in the Men's shoes. If you have visited their site, you know what I mean. I think those designs are no longer a focus. I find they hold up really well but are heavy.
I have some Inov8's now that are ugly, but very durable and comfortable. It took me a while to break them in, but they are really great now. I think they're the Danni Speegle Sponsored model. F-lite Max.

How is it you can only play an idol once, but Cirie gets two extra votes? That was BS. She should have been only able to use it once. Especially since it saved her in the first vote. I can't stand Emily, but if Cirie doesn't have that vote she goes home. Jonathan could have changed his vote and then I would assume they go to a tie breaker. Then he isn't responsible for saving Cirie. I don't like this season, but that seems almost tailor-made to save Cirie and give her the game. How can no one see that they all have a plan until they try to go to Cirie, then everything changes. She would have been the first one I voted out, then I would have gone after every player by their number of seasons played. She really never should have been on this season. There must be some real sycophants who work to get people on this season, because I really dislike almost everyone. I also think Tiff has moved up in the pecking order as well as Rizzo. If those two go against Cirie they lose in the final. They really need to figure a way to get some more pepe out.
Also, can someone pluck Cirie's face hairs? My wife has been disgusted by that and Emily's under arms. She said she could probably take the smell, but the hair is ridiculous. Also, I guess since Rizzo just played, he looks like his body is really losing muscle, etc. The rest don't even look like they missed a meal.
