I think they are working on instant travel tech/teleportation and have already successfully sent something small from one point to another instantaneously.

As many as possible with my 10 year old who has a growing obsession with the sport. I'm excited after not paying much attention since I woke up in the middle of the night all summer to watch when they played in Japan.

The idea sucks and would solve nothing, but I have occasionaly wondered how a 2a challenge to restricting ammunition would go. Unless it has already been adjudicated and I am just ignorant.
In my novice view, the universe is extremely inhospitable to life. It's why I believe we are so incredibly rare.
I suppose the existence of simple life would be harder to see and easier to exist, which is likely the context Hoyle is speaking in.

We keep stacking math theory without ever first proving the previous layer through observation or experimentation. Conjecture from other conjecture. It all seems pointless.

He caught shite for his earlier comments which seemed weak, but in context with this, he had a sharp eye on this even in the midst of his excruciating pain.

He'll be 35 with a murder conviction and maybe not even a high school diploma. I can't imagine the rest of his life will be enviable unless he truly becomes good, which is also a positive outcome in the grander scheme.
