Maybe so. He sent me this.

Tesamorelin:

The Premier Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone-releasing analog that can increase IGF-1 levels in both men and women. This peptide can bind and stimulate the GHRH receptors that have a similar potency with GHRH. Closest thing you can get to real synthetic HGH while still being a GH peptide.

Benefits may include:

Significant IGF-1 Increase
Reduce visceral fat
Increase muscle mass
Increase GABA and NAAG
Reduce liver fat
Improve cardiovascular health
Reduce LDL cholesterol
Improve Mitochondrial function
Helps with healing and recovery

Price: $3,500(4 Months) $5,000(6 months)

Miller is far better than Coors. I'd rather stick to whiskey and man up.
Not saying gas is cheap now, but it has dropped 75 cents/gallon in the past 3-4 weeks to $3.29/gallon for regular here on the Coast.

Sermorelin users?

My bloodwork guy mentioned this one to me. I see a lot of supplements out there and know this is the best seller on the market due to price tag being better than some others. Anyone here use it and seen positive or negative?

He said Tesamorelin is the best, but $5,000/six months I am just not sure about that without everyone saying it's a lifechanger.
Probably impossible to measure a singular variable. Insulation is being done tomorrow, dehumidifiers should be shipped next week and the blinds will be after that. Combination of everything hopefully saves this AC from having to overwork.
Yeah, 100% same boat. My front door faces east so it is heat bearing on this side of house. I did pull the trigger on these: LINK

Mississippi sweeps their side. The winner of Texas- Georgia sweeps that side. Mississippi wins the national championships.
Yeah, we will see how this plays out. The taxes you're paying on both ends suck. A private sale would be much nicer for obvious reasons.
I have been rounding...its actually a little less than 2,000. We really feel four should be enough.

Additionally, the closed cell insulation should start either this afternoon or tomorrow. We are next in line.

Finally, what do you guys think about shades for these doors? I am being told no don't do that for an old door, but they allow a lot of thermal energy in...maybe even some shades from Lowe's would help.

Team USA changed its name and uniforms after intermission of the 1995 Junior Goodwill Games in LA to the Ducks. It happens.

re: Coffee maker recommendations

I have this one. Even for just coffee, it is worth it. Grinds on demand by the cup. And it does have options that even I will use on occasion when hosting espresso, iced coffee, etc.

I posted on GrailZee and we will see. Not much on seller's fees, but 5% on the buy...so a $2-3k tax on the watch. No different than buying it retail, but still a hit on sales.
Yes, I cannot see it possible me even getting my money back without a private sale. I understand a store has to win the negotiation in order to be profitable, though.

Poorly insulated and leaky, raised house.

I bought the most expensive insulation option I was given for the attic. The subfloor is bare for now as I make a decision.

Do you have an exhaust fan or fans that run a lot? If so your home is negative and you are drawing in outside, humid air.

The air inside the house is humid, but it is not illogical to agree the lack of subflooring allows elevated amounts of moisture to enter thus causing the AC to suck up that high moisture and circulate it all day.
4. What is a suitable time of year to install closed cell spray foam insulation?

Answer: In a new home that is not yet occupied, the season for installation would not appear to matter, although it is important to ensure that the floor system is adequately dry before installing the insulation. A floor deck that was constructed with wet lumber or that was exposed to rain before the building was enclosed should be allowed to dry. In an existing occupied home that is air-conditioned during the summer, installation would be best done during late fall, winter or early spring. The floor system moisture content at time of installation will be less important if the interior floor covering is vaporpermeable.
We are also going to be sodding and grading the yard (all around) the house so we can definitely make a point of emphasis of having it graded to avoid this problem and hopefully the to Zoysia absorbs much of the water...

Maybe so, but @B_SorsbyTTQB posts he has it on 12:1 odds tampering is involved.
