there’s never been a problem or a perceived problem or a non-problem that the government won’t volunteer themselves to fix without a single vote cast. And when I say fix, I mean they’ll make the problem significantly worse, the process slower, and bring on hundreds of full-time brain dead government employees to support the non-fix. So, don’t worry…the government will get this thing figured out.
Also, again: there should be no further discussion of fraud or immigrants receiving government benefits. After all, this is a forum/discussion board. So, none of that.

you probably know this, but you can always purchase other people's tunes, "Find Tuning Setups". If I keep getting my arse handed to me, I just google the race type "Best car for FH6 Hot Hatches" and plug in whatever share code they suggest, check it out, and buy it. Although, some of those tunes are soo good that I just obliterate the AI drivers.

What was once a quiet, predominantly caucasian suburban community with a charming downtown, good schools, and a strong sense of stability has deteriorated dramatically over the last 10–15 years.
It started when developers bought up every remaining cow pasture and filled them with apartment complexes and strip malls. Then came the tax increases to build larger schools, new facilities, and expanded infrastructure to support the growth.
When many of those apartments failed to attract enough tenants, rents were lowered and various housing assistance programs were introduced to boost occupancy. Before long, the brand-new schools were filled with kids from families you definitely wouldn’t want your kids growing up with. And it’s time to move, again!

And I don’t understand your line of thinking. If he couldn’t manage his impulse control at 17, why would anyone believe he’d suddenly be able to handle the greater responsibilities and stresses of adulthood?
He was told to leave a tent. Instead, he provoked AM, was lightly shoved, and responded by brutally killing another teenager.
That is not the behavior of someone who belongs walking freely in a civilized society. Period.
